Our Return Policy
Providing excellent customer service is very important to us. Below are specific guidelines to return or exchange your jewelry.
Within 15 Days:
You can exchange our items within 15 days of shipment. Items must be in their original condition. Please email sandy@hiddencharmsonline.com to obtain our mailing address and to inform us of your exchange BEFORE you ship out your items. A shipping fee of $2.50 to Canada and $5 to the US will be added.
Items that are damaged within transit or break prior to wearing will be eligible for exchange within 15 days of shipping. Items must be mailed back to us in a bubble envelope for lockets and a regular envelope for charms. Please email sandy@hiddencharmsonline.com to obtain our mailing address and inform us of your exchange BEFORE you ship out your items. We will replace your item and pay the shipping.
Within 10 Days:
If items are missing from your order shipment, you must submit a claim within 10 calendar days of the original ship date.
Hidden Charms does not replace items that are damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (wearing in water, spraying perfume on piece, pushing on the back of the glass).
