Do you Ship within Canada & to the US?
Yes, we ship within Canada and also to the US. Shipping to the US is an extra $5.50 for up to two lockets. And within Canada it is $3.50. This additional charge will be processed when you place your order.
How long does it take to receive the order?
We distribute all across Canada and this can take up to 10 business days. For the US it can be slightly longer wait times for your order. Please allow up to 2.5 weeks to receive your items if you live in the US.

How many charms and accent stones fit in your lockets?
Large lockets fit 5-6 charms and up to 6 accent stones.
Small lockets fit 3 charms and 4-5 accent stones.
Heart Lockets fit 4-5 charms and up to 4 accent stones.
Bracelet Lockets fit 4-5 charms and 5 accent stones.
***Some people fill their lockets entirely with crystals or with colored rocks.
You can also add personalized plates to your lockets, you can fit up to 2 plates in a locket one for the front and one for the back. (this doesn’t include the aromatheraphy & watch style lockets, they only fit one plate.)
How can I keep my charms in place?
The charms are meant to float so they move when you move. A dab of a clear glue on the back of each charm will keep them in place without ruining the glass.
Where is the opening to my locket?
The opening is a small indent on the right (or left) side of the locket.
What are the lockets made of? Any lead or other metals of concern?

Aromatherapy Lockets:
Comes with Stainless Steel Locket & a stainless steel 24′ chain with 11 multicolored reusable, washable and highly absorbent synthetic felt refill pads.
- Pads can be washed if soaked in wash water with unscented soap.
- You can use aromatherapy/essentials oils (sold separately) or spray your favorite perfume on the pads.
Locket Care:
How do I care for my locket?
- Do not spray perfume on your charm locket. It will ruin the material.
- If your glass becomes cloudy, wipe it down with a damp cloth.
- Don’t wear your necklace in the shower.
- Don’t press down on the back of the locket. Too much pressure will pop out the glass.
