Hidden Charms is a Canadian-owned and operated company, established in the summer of 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I am excited to share this affordable, stylish jewellery with others, and keep customer satisfaction as our number one priority.
How Did I Get Started:
Wanting to start my own small online business for over a year but had trouble finding the right idea and product, something that I could be proud and excited to sell and be a part of, many ideas were looked at but none seemed like the right fit.
By chance, I came across a locket with charms. After purchasing one, I found I was wearing it daily, (even though I’m not much of a jewellery person), this got me thinking if I loved mine so much maybe people I know would be as thrilled with them as I was.
I also wanted to have a variety of options not just charm lockets, and have always loved the aromatherapy lockets so decided having both was the perfect fit for my new business venture.
I loved the idea of a great quality item that was so versatile yet at an affordable price, it then got me thinking that this could be something I could get behind and sell. I was finally passionate about the idea of this product and felt it was the right path for me. So, after much research, emails, product samples and tons of paperwork, I finally decided it was time to launch “Hidden Charms”.
